These mutations are manifested as paraphysical/superhuman abilities. Because of the potential danger Type A Meta pose to humankind, all Meta with this type of mutation are placed under surveillance.<br /><br />Type B Meta - Type B Metahumans are classified as humans with Level B mutations. Level A mutations are physically manifested. Level A Meta do not pose much threat to society because they are easily recognized and are similar to humans in all but one aspect (eg. furry ears, tail, stripes on skin).<br /><br />Type C Meta - Nonhuman creatures.<br /><br />History Check:<br /><br />In 1998, the earth's surface changed. Because of the rapid deterioration of the earth's health the years prior, natural disasters ravaged the earth competely, which culminated in a global earthquake that kept up for months, and only more than 1/3 of the earth's population survived. Two decades after the events, nonhuman creatures started to emerge from various parts of the world, and began to terrorize the world's population. In an effort to preserve what's left of mankind, many ethnic groups and nations created colonies with fortified barriers to keep the nonhumans out. However, contact with the nonhumans, regardless of minaimal, proved to have disturbing effect. Mutations began to occur to humans that came in contact with the nonhumans, often taking years for the changes to take physical manifestations. It took 10 years for the humans to establish adiagnosis system that exactly categorized mutations. The mutations were classified as Type A for non-physical nonhuman attributes, and Type B for physical nonhuman attributes. She can read Chinese characters, but cannot pronounce them. She is learning Japanese from her adopted brother Ichigo. Cielo is silent most of the time, and often found talking only to Ichigo and her uncle Allen. She sees her legal last name as a humiliation, but is not allowed to use her name by baptism except when with her father's family. She is known for being very economic with words towards people she is not familiar with. She respects those who are older than her, especially family. She does not like people of the same age as she (with certain exceptions), and is most comfortable when with older people. She is not the leader type, and would rather prefer that she be told what to do and take it from there.<br /><br />History:<br />Born Amilla Skye to Claudia Zarela, an aristocrat, and Lucien Skye, a mute assassin, Cielo grew up to a tragic childhood. Her father died on assignment before he could marry her mother, and Claudia succumbed to chronic depression immediately after giving birth. Her mother became psychologically and mentally unstable over the years. Cielo's grandfather, who founded one of the world's most powerful "coordination" societies, refused to let Cielo take her father's last name. At the age of 7, she witnessed her mother commit suicide by jumping from the 20th floor of their apartment, and had carried the trauma with her through the years.<br /><br />Currently, she is working with Corva, a group that sells information to the highest bidder.
